Refund policy
Please note that you have the option to cancel your order prior to shipping, ensuring that your card will not be charged.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy, allowing you to request a return/exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping cost: The customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping postage.

If your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept items sent to us without a prior return/exchange request.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. By doing so, we can assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.
Exchange: We will send your replacement after we have received and inspected your returned item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you about the approval status of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed within 10 business days, using your original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.
