Shipping is free for all US orders.

Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (PST), excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on our website will be processed on the same business day if placed before 2pm, and on the next business day if placed after 2pm. In the event of a surge in orders, there might be a slight delay in shipments. Should your package encounter a significant delay, we will promptly communicate with you through email.

Delivery
We rely on USPS shipping services for all our orders. Once processed, most orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you are a member, you can log in at any time to track your orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
After we complete the shipment by handing over the package to our shipping partner, we are no longer responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages. Once the package has been picked up, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping service to address the issue. While we can attempt to file a claim on our end, there is no guarantee that the package will be located, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued.

If you have not received your package but have received a notification that the package was delivered, please double-check your address to ensure it is correct. Additionally, consider asking your family members if they have received your package or trying to inquire with your neighbors if they received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us.
